Cancellation policy

We understand plans change. To keep things fair for every client:

• You can cancel online from your account up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• After that deadline, online cancellation is closed — please call or WhatsApp the salon.
• Deposits secure your time slot. Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
• If we ever need to reschedule, we will contact you and move your deposit to the new date.
